Once your Teams account is synced with conv.ly, any Direct Message (DM) you receive from a Teams user, whether 1:1 or group DM, is instantly mirrored in Slack inside a dedicated private channel.
To reply, simply respond from Slack:
- Reply in thread, and your response appears as a reply on the Teams side.
- Reply normally, and your response appears as a new message on the Teams side.
