How do I allow searching for external Teams users?

Enable External User Search in a workspace to find Teams members outside your company.

To search for external Teams members, meaning people outside your company, you need to enable a specific option in convly:

  1. Open the convly Slack app and go to the Workspaces tab.
  2. Select the relevant workspace and click Edit.
  3. Under External User Search, click Authenticate and complete the authentication flow.
