You can react to messages with emojis on either side of a hybrid conversation. convly carries the reaction across so the original author and everyone else in the channel can see it.
Reacting from Slack
Use Slack's normal reaction picker on a message that came from Teams. The emoji appears as a standard reaction on the Teams side.
- One reaction per Slack user, per Teams message. If you react to the same Teams message with several emojis from Slack, only the most recent one is shown on the Teams side. Earlier reactions are dropped.
Reacting from Teams
Use Teams' built-in reactions on a message that came from Slack. The reaction appears in Slack with a dedicated display so it's clear it originated from Teams.
