Reactions sync in both directions, with some platform-specific limitations:
- Slack to Teams: Custom emoji are not supported, and only one reaction per Slack user per Teams message is reflected: the most recent one.
- Teams to Slack: No limitations, though reactions appear with a slightly different visual layout.
